JobTitle: Bartender

SUMMARY
Responsible for taking foodand drink orders in the Tap Room and preparing beverages during bar include preparing cocktails fulfilling resident beverage andfood orders in the Tap Room while assisting Morrison team with preparing andoccasional delivery of resident beverage orders in the main dining room.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages

• Prep and stock area for service prior to bar opening

• Make and serve specialty beverages and cocktails

• Speak and interact with customers

• Take resident orders and enter them into point-of-sale system

• Prepare some food items in Turbo Chef under guidance of Morrison partnership

• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items

• Weekly inventory and completion of order needs sheet

• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

• Contribute to a positive team environment

• May assist kitchen with food prep as allowed

• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation

• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Fulfills other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this jobsuccessfully an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. This position requiresexcellent customer service skills with a courteous and helpful demeanor. Atleast 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry bartending experiencepreferred. The ability to communicate with and respect the needs of the seniorcitizen population is also required. Must be eligible for a Village ofMenomonee Falls bartending license after completing the Wisconsin ResponsibleBeverage Server Course.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and speak with clarity. Ability towork with numbers as required.
