We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Barista.

What will you be doing most days

• Act with integrity honesty and competencepromoting the culture values and mission of the property
• Deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitudeconnecting with the customer discovering the customers needs and responding to those needs.
• Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
• Assist with the training of new team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products.
• Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the stores team.
• Follow all cash management policies
• Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards
• Follow health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Continually reviews the stores environment to identify problems concerns and opportunities

What are the requirements for this position

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality knowledge
• You have strong problem solving and organizational skills
• You learn quickly build relationships and communicate effectively

Physical Requirements for this Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing sitting walking bending lifting and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
