Our clients sit back relax get groomed - then enjoy a cocktail coffee or cold one in our upscale lounge. Scissors & Scotch is looking for barbers & stylists with experience cutting mens hair who are looking to work in a great work environment enjoys what they do is a team player and who wants to learn & grow their career.

Locations: Franklin (McEwen Northside) & Brentwood (Hill Center)

Hours/Days Available:

Brentwood: Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
Franklin (Cool Springs): Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday. Must work on Sunday

Compensation: Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level. We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold. 100% of tips go to our barbes/stylists.

Required Skills: Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license.

Training: 4 days of paid training required prior to starting.

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
