The F&B Casino Barback is responsible for maintaining stock supplies and cleanliness of all assigned bars while providing extraordinary service and communication to both teammates and guest.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bars are stocked with needed product for bartenders and servers
- Clean and maintain bar areas and equipment
- Deliver friendly professional and timely customer service
- Accurately process cash and POS transactions
- Engage with guests promote events and recommend products and rewards program
- Monitor for underage gambling and enforce policies (e.g. Project 21)
- Follow all company safety and regulatory procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barback or bar-related experience preferred (6months)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a drug test
