The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations for two small-volume locations. This role ensures operational consistency supports employee performance and engagement maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and assists in meeting productivity and financial objectives while upholding company policies procedures and service standards.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring exceptional guest service operational excellence and adherence to company and brand standards. This role provides direct leadership and support to hourly team members promotes a positive and inclusive work environment assists with training and development and helps drive productivity food safety and financial performance. The Supervisor leads by example fosters employee engagement resolves guest concerns and supports management in achieving operational goals while delivering first-class experiences for both guests and team members.
