Banquet Kitchen Supervisor

Summary:This position is responsible for assisting the banquet team in the daily operations of our banquet events. This individual is to deliver prompt courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and : Motivate and lead through and coordinate assigned in overall supervision of the Moments of Service checklist for daily pre-shift up on established training and take corrective actions from guest comments on on the floor during peak with guests and receive teach and correct associates each guest food preparation and beverage condition of the meeting manager in scheduling completing weekly payroll expenses and forecasting both weekly and monthlyPrepare maintenance request and food and liquor requisitions and food for a high standard of sanitation throughout the food and beverage for storage requisitioning of all materials and equipmentTake and calculate material stock (inventory) as all breakages cleaning supply consumption all equipment to a high standard i.e.: dishwashers burnishers etc. and reporting to maintenance any adhere to Smart know emergency procedures and work to prevent : 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Supervision or Management role is preferredBanquet experience is an assetMust have the ability to multi-task and manage deadlinesUnderstanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is preferredGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPointMust have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skillsMust be able to work all the hours required to fulfill the demands of the positionMust be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings days evenings weekends and holidaysHotel Management degree or diploma an assetMust have Serve Safe and Food Handlers Certificate
