Banquet Captain

Harrison Meadows Country Club located in Harrison NY is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Banquet Captain! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Review banquet event orders (BEOs) prior to each event.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate event details service expectations and assignments.
• Inspect banquet rooms to ensure proper setup according to event specifications.
• Verify tables linens China glassware silverware décor and equipment are properly arranged.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure readiness for service.

• Lead banquet servers and bartenders throughout service.
• Ensure food and beverages are served efficiently accurately and professionally.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication between the kitchen service staff and management.
• Adjust staffing and service flow as needed to ensure successful event execution.
• Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards.
