Baler Operator Verona, MS

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Thursday
Location: Verona MS

We are currently hiring an experienced Baler Operator to join a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating and factory production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate and monitor the baling machine safely and efficiently
• Feed materials into the machine and ensure proper operation
• Inspect finished bales for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Meet daily production goals and maintain a steady work pace

• Previous machine operating experience required
• Previous factory/manufacturing production experience required
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Heavy lifting is required
• Must be able to stand bend lift and move materials throughout the shift

$15.00 per hour
