• Food Preparation:Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions meetingproductionand service schedules.
• Portioning & Presentation:Serve or preparebaked goodsfortransportation ensuring the correctportionsizesoptimaltemperatures and appealing presentation.
• Kitchen Cleanliness:Clean kitchen areas after food preparation and servicemaintaininghigh cleanliness standards and adhering to safe food-handling procedures.
• Food Storage & Organization:Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized and ensure that all food and supplies are stored according to safety standards.
• Equipment Maintenance:Operateand maintain kitchen equipment according to established procedures. Report any issues with equipment or accidents to the supervisorimmediately.
• Safety & Compliance:Attend in-service and safety meetings to stayup-to-datewith food safety regulations and best practices.
• Team Collaboration:Work effectively with coworkers managers and administrators tomaintainsmooth kitchen operations and deliver quality food service.
• Additional Duties:Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of food service during events.

• BakingExperience:Previousbakingexperiencein a professional environmentisrequired with a solid understanding of food preparation presentation and kitchen operations.
• Certifications:Must have or be willing to complete ServSafeFood Handler CertificationandAlcohol Safety Certification.
• Positive Attitude:A friendly team-oriented approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina:Ability to lift 20-50 lbs andremain on your feet for long hours during events.
• Availability:Must be able to work all UW-Madison Football games anda majority ofevents at the KohlCenterArena.
• Schedule:Ability to work first and/or second shifts beginning at 4am and 12pm. Includes oneweekend day.
