You will be based in our Springfield TN location. This shift will start at 4:00am and end 1:30pm depending on the production Schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs.

Your main tasks:

• Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products on time that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality related issues. Back fill for absenteeism. Assist C.A. with changeovers.
• Provide support throughout the Assembly department area zones ensuring production meets or exceeds Electrolux standards in safety cost quality and delivery.
• Maintain a proactive approach with problem solving to prevent accidents and quality issues.
• Follow and improve workstation job details standards for assigned area.
• Follow process to log non-essential items utilizing Red Tag Log system.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment utilizing the EMS Principles
• Assist in Team Board assignments

Qualifications:

• Must be Assessed and Standard Maintained (3/4 boxes filled) in 4 (four) jobs in current zone
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work with insulation.
• Able to use air tools hand tools necessary to perform position.
• Able to bend stoop grip reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting lifting pulling pushing reaching and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
