Backend Engineer- Claude

Required Qualifications:

1 years of professional in AI with 5 in software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures algorithms and system design.

Hands-on real-world experience using Claude Code in development workflow not just casual/occasional use. Experience with other AI coding assistants/agents (GitHub Copilot Cursor OpenAI Codex etc.)

Proficiency in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot (or equivalent enterprise Java stack) plus familiarity with at least one other modern language (e.g. Python TypeScript/JavaScript Go) is a plus.

Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: REST/gRPC API design relational and/or NoSQL databases messaging/queues (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git) CI/CD testing methodologies and code review processes.

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code
