B Level Service Technician

Roberts Motors is looking for a B-Level Service Technician to join its service department. This role covers the core diagnostic and repair work that keeps the shop running; engine transmission electrical suspension brakes and AC with a 2 year background and Ford certification as the baseline. • Perform all repair work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
• Communicate findings and additional service needs directly to the Service Advisor with accurate time estimates for any additional repairs needed
• Execute warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements

• Ford certification preferred
• 2 years of service technician experience preferred
• B-level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity required for precision repair work
• Basic computer competency and ability to learn new repair procedures and specifications
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
