Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure API Center / APIM Developer to design develop secure and manage enterprise APIs on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure API Management Azure API Center Terraform CI/CD automation API governance and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design develop and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
2. Configure and maintain Azure API Center for API cataloging and governance.
3. Implement APIM policies for authentication authorization rate limiting caching transformations and error handling.
4. Automate APIM and API Center deployments using Terraform and GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
5. Manage API lifecycle using OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
6. Integrate APIs with Azure Functions Logic Apps App Services and Key Vault.
7. Monitor troubleshoot and optimize API performance using Application Insights.

Required Skills

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
2. Experience with Azure API Center and API governance.
3. Strong knowledge of Terraform GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps OpenAPI/Swagger.
4. Experience implementing OAuth2 Azure AD JWT and mTLS security.
5. Production support and troubleshooting experience for APIM environments.
