Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

The job involves scheduling 30-minute meetings with students at different levels of Russian for intense conversation practice.

Transferable Skills:

This job is a great opportunity to get some teaching experience. The conversation partner will learn to manage different levels of Russian competence. They will get invaluable peer tutoring experience and experience in teaching Russian as a second language.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and meet weekly for conversation practice in Russian.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

Currently enrolled student at St. Olaf College

Highly fluent Russian language knowledge

Ability to work with minimal supervision
Dependable and punctual

Great organizational skills
