AVVTC Support Operator

We are looking for a AV/VTC Support Operator to join our team!

Job Description

Primary Skills include:

• Schedule and set-up video conferences across customer environment.
  
• First level problem resolution for VT equipment i.e. codecs audio cameras projectors switches etc.
  
• Manipulate cameras and audio equipment.
  
• Work with Microsoft Calendars
  
• Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP Word PowerPoint and Excel.
  
• Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off-site of the main customer Facility.
  
• Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.
