Join a leading autonomous vehicle company as AV Operations Supervisor overseeing daily vehicle operations safety and team performance.

• Supervise and support a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators.
• Oversee daily vehicle testing and fleet operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Train coach and provide performance feedback to operators.
• Coordinate schedules assignments and shift reports.
• Assist with software/hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Work hands-on alongside operators to meet daily goals.

• 12 months of Autonomous Vehicle Operator experience REQUIRED.
• Active AVT permit REQUIRED.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be available for one month of training-related travel.
• Must have a driver license for 3 year without gaps
