As a Service Advisor youll be the key connection between customers and technicians helping ensure every vehicle receives the attention and service it needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide a professional welcoming service experience
  

• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
  

• Write clear and accurate repair orders
  

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
  

• Explain repair recommendations pricing and timelines clearly to customers
  

• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
  

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  

• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
  

• Manage appointments repair orders and customer follow-up
  

• Review completed repairs with customers and assist with vehicle delivery
  

• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  

• Maintain strong CSI customer satisfaction and service department performance
  

Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience is REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
  

• Proven ability to recommend and sell automotive services
  

• Strong understanding of repair orders and technician workflow
  

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  

• Experience with dealership CRM and service software
  

• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a high-volume environment
  

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  

• Reliable motivated and team-oriented work ethic
  

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
