Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs
  
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
  
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Follow up with internet leads phone inquiries and showroom traffic
  
• Present vehicle features pricing financing options and protection products
  
• Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership CRM
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  
• Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer care
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience a plus
  
• Strong closing negotiation and customer service skills
