As an Automotive Sales Professional youll create a professional engaging and customer-focused experience while building relationships and driving strong sales performance.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
• Develop strong product knowledge across Honda models features and technology
• Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Confidently overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
• Utilize dealership tools and technology to manage leads and customer follow-up
• Collaborate with Sales Management on goals performance and growth opportunities
• Maintain a professional customer-first and performance-driven mindset every day

• Prior automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
