As our Automotive Title & License Specialist you will be responsible for managing the dealerships title registration and license plate processes including:

• Oversee the processing and timely submission of all dealership state paperwork
• Process registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Process license plate issuances and transfers
• Maintain accurate titles and MSOs for new and used vehicle inventory
• Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit paperwork to the DMV
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate complete and compliant with state requirements
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on outstanding title and registration items
• Work independently while staying organized and meeting important deadlines

The ideal candidate is organized dependable and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. Were looking for someone who brings:

• 12 years of automotive Title & License experience
• Automotive License & Title experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills
• A proactive self-motivated approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• Professional appearance and demeanor
