Dan Cummins Auto Group is looking for a proven automotive professional to join our Used Vehicle Operations team as an Automotive Buyer.

This position is built for someone who knows the used car business understands market value can spot an opportunity quickly and knows how to close a deal.

Your focus will be simple: find quality inventory negotiate smart purchases and help drive used vehicle growth.

• Source private-party vehicles through Facebook Marketplace Autotrader CarGurus Craigslist social media and other channels
• Identify desirable inventory based on market demand condition pricing and turn potential
• Contact and negotiate directly with private sellers
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of acquisition opportunities
• Coordinate appraisals inspections and purchase appointments
• Verify titles VINs ownership liens and required documentation
• Meet established acquisition activity inventory and profitability goals

Were looking for an automotive professional with experience in areas such as:

• Used vehicle management
• Automotive sales
• Appraising and purchasing
• Inventory acquisition
• BDC or lead management

You should have a strong understanding of used vehicle values excellent negotiation skills confidence working directly with sellers and the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.
