As an Industrial Electrician Technician you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems that power our manufacturing operations. Working with high-speed production equipment automation systems and cross-functional teams you will help ensure safe reliable and efficient operations while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Install troubleshoot maintain and repair industrial electrical systems equipment and controls to support safe and efficient production operations.
Support PLCs automation systems motors VFDs sensors and related equipment to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues while executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Complete electrical installations upgrades and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.
Maintain accurate technical documentation schematics maintenance records and communication across shifts and departments.
Follow and promote all safety standards policies and procedures including NFPA 70E requirements while supporting team training and development initiatives.

High School Diploma GED or equivalent education.
Four or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical training or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field with knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems automation controls PLCs motors VFDs and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Hourly Pay Rate: $49.84/hour
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

- Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
