Body Shop Manager

Kolosso is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Managerto lead our collision repair department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service developing team members and driving operational success.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills collision repair industry experience and a proven ability to manage workflow profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the collision repair facility.
- Manage repair production schedules to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Lead coach and develop body shop technicians estimators and support staff.
- Review estimates and repair plans for accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers.
- Monitor department performance productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage parts procurement and inventory processes.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Achieve department sales gross profit and CSI goals.
Qualifications
- Previous collision center or body shop management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes estimating systems and insurance procedures.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with estimating and management software.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
