Audit Senior

Location: Chandler or Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid)

We are partnered with a highly regarded midsized CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area with offices in Chandler and Scottsdale. The firm is seeking a fulltime Audit Senior who values collaboration enjoys problemsolving and wants to grow within a supportive peoplefirst environment.

As an Audit Senior you will play a handson role in client engagements leading audits reviews and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead and manage audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
• Research and analyze accounting and auditrelated issues
• Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
• Supervise train and mentor associates on audit processes
• Develop a working understanding of each clients business operations
• Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area

• 24 years of public accounting audit experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPAeligible preferred
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
• Professional dependable and teamoriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
• Commitment to delivering highquality client service
