Description:

• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems computer engineering system analysis or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub)
• UC infrastructure (Ring Central)
• Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience
• Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types routing and cabling including Production devices i.e. RossBlackbox Dante Matrox.
• Proven analytical evaluative and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive successful results across multiple functional areas
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment globally
• Well versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10 Macintosh and Office 365) Collaboration technologies (WebEx Teams SharePoint One Drive) Server Technologies and Network Technologies.
• Good prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
