What Youll Bring

• 5 years of litigation experience
• Civil litigation experience in Washington required
• Construction defect and/or business litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing and legal research skills
• Trial experience a plus not required
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Washington Bar membership required

The Role

• Handle construction defect civil and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and legal research memoranda
• Attend court hearings depositions and mediations
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution
• The position is remote based in Washington. The annual billable-hours requirement is 1800 hours with an informal trust-based approach to scheduling and PTO.
