Atrium Operations Lead 3rd Shift

JOB SUMMARY:This position assists the Manager of Atrium Operations in the operations and supervisory work associated with the department. The work involves day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up staff to maintain the highest level of customer service throughout Lambeau Field and all other Packer RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up functions of the a level of attention to detail that is expected from a world class in assuring that all areas under supervision have personnel to provide the appropriate coverage to meet all operational direction and guidance to ensure a clean safe and attractive environment. Provide individual motivation to employees to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential.
