This position works with the ATO Supervisor and program staff to support client services and program needs while maintaining confidentiality and : $19.50 hrSchedule: Mon - Fri 8- 5pmResponsibilities:Provide direct support to clients in accordance with ATO Program policies procedures and guidelines while supporting the ongoing development and improvement of program administrative and operational support to the ATO Supervisor and program staff including preparing correspondence maintaining records compiling reports and completing other program-related with special projects including data collection analysis summary reporting case management and other program social media and marketing activities for the agencys asset programs including the quarterly ATO Newsletter and monthly philanthropy-related submissions across various professional relationships with clients A New Leaf employees community members partners and the public while appropriately representing A New Leaf and the MesaCAN ATO information about the ATO Program and A New Leaf to community members organizations and other interested the ATO Program at events meetings assemblies and other community in the orientation and training of new and temporary multiple projects priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a professional boundaries confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and family and maintain effective working relationships with clients coworkers community members and community a personal vehicle to conduct program-related business as and participate in meetings trainings projects and other activities as requested by other duties and responsibilities as :Education:High School Diploma or GED or bachelors degree :One year of experience in social services case management program coordination administrative support or a related field working with clients community members or diverse with data collection reporting or social media/communications of relevant market trends and the development of asset-building programs skills Conditions/Physical Requirements:Primarily office-based work with occasional travel to various locations for meetings or site to sit for extended periods while working on a lifting of up to 25 lbs. for materials or office office environment with exposure to typical office equipment such as computers phones and to manage multiple tasks and projects Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions in accordance with applicable Requirements: Must Be At Least 21 Years of AgeClass One Fingerprint Clearance CardCentral Registry Background CheckDrug ScreeningCPR/First Aid CertificationValid Unrestricted Drivers LicenseCurrent Auto Liability Insurance39 Month Motor Vehicle RecordAdhere to all organizational policies including the Code of Conduct professional standards and relevant to: Program ManagerSupervisory Responsibilities: N/A
