Job Description:
- Diagnose and repair ATM hardware and related banking equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on ATMs to reduce downtime.
- Install configure test and service:
- ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs)
- Drive-up banking systems
- Pneumatic tube systems
- Audio/video equipment
- Alarm systems
- CCTV/security cameras
- Electronic locks vaults and safe deposit boxes
- Replace defective mechanical and electronic components.
- Respond to scheduled emergency and after-hours service calls.
- Document completed work and maintain accurate service records.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
- Follow all company safety procedures and security protocols.
