Athletics Operations Assistant

Position SummaryThis position will assist with pre-game setup in-game operations and post-game breakdown for assigned home contests and will serve as the game administrator as Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform set up maintenance and cleanup activities for game with game day administration for athletic contests as assigned. Plan organize and coordinate several components of events such as spectator transportation hospitality tailgates and stadium clean up. Assist with event as game day administrator for varsity sports. Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in the mitigation of problems and situations that may arise during events including media access concession operations parking and security. Supervise security parking and event with equipment material supplies and services for use in facilities (e.g. padding goals netting replay eq. and game conjunction with S. Associate AD manage transportation logistics and paperwork for all varsity duties as Skills Abilities & Other AttributesHigh School diploma preferred Athletic background or general understanding of athletics working in a college athletic department is a be highly organized and able to effectively manage responsibilities and drivers license Working ConditionsThis is a 10 month position working 19 hours per week.
