Oklahoma State University Athletics is hiring for a full-time position that serves as the primary communications contact for womens basketball and has oversight of student assistants working with selected Olympic sports. Operating within an established framework of core values and expectations the successful candidate will consistently deliver championship-level performance in the areas that carry the greatest impact with target audiences.

• Bachelors

  Sports Media Strategic Communications Journalism or Public Relations

  (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• Three years prior experience in sports information at the Division I level is preferred.

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

Excellent written social media interpersonal planning and organizational skills. High degree of creativity in developing impactful communications content. Must be able to use both Apple and Windows-based computers and must be fluent with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop. Must know how to maintain statistics for a variety of sports keep detailed accurate records and oversee a website for assigned sports.
