Pay: $80k-$88k annually

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Hotel Blake will partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations ensuring the property consistently exceeds performance targets delivers worldclass guest experiences and upholds Hiltons brand standards. This role requires a strategic mindset strong financial acumen and the ability to inspire and develop a highperforming team in a dynamic vacation club environment.

• Support the General Manager in achieving revenue occupancy and profit goals.
• Oversee daily operations across front desk housekeeping and maintenance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve property performance.
• Lead and develop department heads fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards safety regulations and local laws.
• Handle guest escalations ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for the property.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational quality.
• Participate in recruitment training and performance evaluations of staff.

To fulfill this role effectively you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Proven track record of improving property financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and vacation club operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g. OnQ OPERA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
