Associate Trainee

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Associate Trainee. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training mentorship and exposure to core business operations. The Associate Trainee will participate in structured learning programs support team initiatives and develop the foundational skills necessary for long-term career growth within the organization.

• Participate in structured onboarding and training programs across assigned departments
• Assist team members with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Learn and apply company processes tools and best practices
• Conduct research data entry and basic analysis to support business functions
• Prepare reports presentations and documentation as assigned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and assignments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Attend training sessions workshops and performance evaluations
• Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development

• Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration Information Technology Communications or a related field
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required
