Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training

Work Flexibility: Onsite

As an Associate Sales Education Manager Field Training you will support the development and delivery of sales education programs that prepare sales and clinical teams to effectively understandutilize and communicate complex products and procedures. This role combines training facilitation program coordination content support participant evaluation and stakeholder collaboration to ensure consistent learning experiences across the organization. You will work closely with sales marketing healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to execute educational programs that align with businessobjectives.

Thisroleisbasedatour Flower Mound TX the first yeartravelmay beup to 50%for training inArizonaNew Jersey or Florida. Travel is expected to decrease to approximately 20% inthesecondyear.

Whatwill youdo:

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products procedures and sales processes.

• Coordinate training programlogistics including course preparation participant communications prerequisite verification and event execution.

• Develop and deliver educational content in partnership with sales education marketing and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to support the creation and delivery of training materials.

• Evaluate participant performance using established assessment methods and document training outcomes.

• Analyze participant and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in educational programs.

• Manage program reporting expense tracking and administrative documentation to support training operations.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with sales marketing and business priorities.

What you need:

Required

• Bachelors degree

• 6 years ofprofessional workexperience

• Experience in the medical device industry

Preferred

• Experience in Joint Replacement or Robotics

• 2 years of experience in sales or technical training experience

• Demonstratedexpertisein relevant products disease states humananatomyand biomechanics.

• Experience in Mako Robotics

• Experience in group facilitation adult learning methodologies or presentation skills

United States of America Pay Ranges:

• US10: $98200 - $163700 USD Annual
