We are seeking an Associate Project Manager. This person will support the management of client projects and processes to ensure project accuracy timeliness and client satisfaction. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Detroit (Troy) or Chicago office for a hybrid work schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBITIES:

• Traffic tactical project flows
• Learn and apply our ways of working to the day-to-day executional tasks
• Open jobs
• Assist with project schedules
• Assist with status reports
• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in all other needs

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

• 0-1 years experience
• Bachelors degree in advertising marketing business or related field in addition to any internship experience
• Interest in the Project Management discipline
• Proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage time adhere to strict timelines multitask and work well under pressure
• Detail orientation and ability to ensure thatprojectsare developed in line with clients brand style and guidelines
• Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
• Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
• Enthusiastic solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics; retail/shopper knowledge is a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions
• Conscientious work ethic
