ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint time sensitive multi domain ubiquitous connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot human and sensor in every domain bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. Our Mission Command business line empowers military leaders with advanced command-and-control capabilities by integrating real-time data and actionable insights. We enable agile decision-making and seamless coordination across units ensuring effective and adaptive operations on the battlefield.

ABOUT THE JOB

This strategic role owns senior leader engagement within key USMC programs. You will drive rapid fielding of emerging C4I technologies by influencing key stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness. You will proactively engage with the acquisition community to understand and influence USMC technology transformation initiatives. Success requires a high-integrity individual capable of objectively translating complex technical principles into compelling operational outcomes. You will embed with Marines during exercises and demonstrations assist in business development efforts collaborate with and inform our technical engineering teams and coordinate closely with your counterparts across Anduril to deliver unified solutions across the Department of War.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Drive product strategy for USMC Command and Control and Information programs to establish priorities based on operational impact technical feasibility and customer requirements.
  • Provide insights to the Business Development team and engage with USMC stakeholders including PAEs program offices and operational units. Identify opportunities shape requirements and position Anduril capabilities to solve high-priority challenges.
  • Coordinate across teams and business lines to ensure unified product development and shared capability delivery across the DoW. Identify commonalities resolve conflicts and maximize efficiency.
  • Translate operational concepts and doctrine into actionable technical requirements. Work with engineering teams to architect solutions that fit USMC workflows tactics and communication infrastructure.
  • Develop training materials operational playbooks and user documentation tailored to USMC end-users. Enable rapid adoption and effective employment of Anduril capabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience in defense program management
  • 12-15 years of experience managing complex technical programs preferably in defense or national security contexts
  • Strong understanding of Marine Corps Command and Control systems Integrated Fires or related warfighting functions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage competing priorities and deliver results in ambiguous environments
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware software and networking. Ability to drive challenging and vague technical problems to clarity and resolution
  • Experience with business development customer engagement or requirements development with Department of War stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and operational communities plus proven relationship-building skills across government and industry stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to include working in field environments with operational military units
  • Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • U.S. Marine Corps experience or deep familiarity with Navy operations doctrine and organizational structure
  • Graduate of Command and Staff or War College
  • Experience with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiatives or related Joint Force integration efforts
  • Technical background in software development systems engineering or defense acquisition
  • Experience managing programs involving software integration or coordination across multiple military services

US Salary Range

$165000 - $206000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
