Associate Pastor - Castle Rock Location

Timberlake Church is an impactful fast-growing and increasingly diverse community committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. We embrace innovation and creativity to reach people effectively with multiple locations across the Seattle Metro area and Southern Washington.

The Associate Pastor works alongside the Lead Location Pastor to help people find and follow Jesus. This person will care for people develop leaders and volunteers and help our church family connect grow and serve. Were looking for a relational leader who can turn vision into action.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Lead Pastor to carry out the churchs vision and priorities.
• Provide pastoral care through prayer visits and support.
• Recruit equip and encourage ministry leaders and volunteers.
• Help people connect with the church grow in faith and find places to serve.
• Teach or preach as needed and help lead weekend services.
• Collaborate with staff to plan events outreach and ministry initiatives.
• Oversee assigned ministry areas and help them grow in health and effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Full-time (SundayThursday with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events)
• Benefits: Accrued PTO comprehensive insurance: medical dental vision life AD&D LTD. 403B retirement plan with employer match after year one.
• Pay range: $65000 - $73000/year DOE.
