Introduction to the team
Our Mergers and Acquisitions practice works with owners and investors to help them ease their tax burden and quantify tax exposures in a wide range of transactions including buy-side and sell-side restructuring taxable and tax-free transactions. We provide our clients with tax due diligence tax structuring quantitative tax modeling services transaction agreementreview and consultationand tax technical support. You will gain knowledge of the firms Merger & Acquisition services as well as assist project managers clients and peers on various consulting engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Seniors Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety ofindustries

• Conduct analytical reviews of data and preparefindings

• Create draft reports for managementreview

• Research issues that ariseduring the course ofengagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with a major in accounting or a related fieldrequired

• CPA preferred. If not a CPA must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state ofemployment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H-1B status)

• Minimum 1 year of related experience

• Previous experience in a public accounting firm or law firmpreferred

• Previous experience in tax due diligence and merger and acquisitions tax consultingpreferred

• Able to understand problems think critically research and identify creativesolutions

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencingothers

• Self directedprofessional and takes initiative for professional growth anddevelopment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint)

• Ability to travel as needed approximately 15%
