Job Summary
The Department of Planning Zoning & Community Development is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Enterprise Associate GIS Specialist to assist with administering the county-wide 911 Addressing program as well as maintaining GIS data and perform GIS analysis in support of local government.
- Maintain the comprehensive 911 Addressing Database
- Provide GIS support to Emergency Management personnel and public safety agencies.
- Research compile create data construct dashboards and conduct mapping analysis and activities for access by County Departments.
- Ability to obtain and manage grants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in GIS Geography planning or a closely related field with an emphasis on GIS. 1-3 Years of GIS experience and knowledge in areas of work concentration. Demonstrated proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Platform (ArcGIS XX ArcPro ArcGIS online Experience Builder Survey 123 Portal and Model Builder).Experience in SQL Python JavaScript HTML. Valid Drivers License & ability to passdrug test and background check
