Job Summary
The Associate Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for learning andassisting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used inlocal networked cloud-based or internet-related computer will work under the supervision of asenior experiencedin programming languages tools and delivery models and collaborate with variousstakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires anunderstanding of programming languages tools and delivery models as well as the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiplestakeholders including project teams business analysts and end-users to ensure the development process isrunning smoothly. Ultimately the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organizations software applications areeffective efficient and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.
Responsibilities
WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:
Gather and document system requirements to create a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project
Research and analyze coding best practices and help with routine development tasks
Gather necessary information aboutthe installation and maintenance of software as well as organize thatinformation into an accessible format
Collect feedback from various stakeholders such as users developers and project managers assisting inmaintaining transparency and communication
Monitor industry news and trends contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programminglanguages
This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future including conversion to H1-B visa.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to support and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
General knowledge of programming languages such as Java C Python or Ruby
Experience in software development specifically in application development engineering
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree at least 2 years of experience in application development or application engineering
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1 etc.)
Must be (18) eighteen years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Ignition or other SCADA software
Experience in a manufacturing environment
