Job Description: City University of Seattles School of Education and Leadership is seeking an experienced educational leader for course ECU 601- Capstone Projectin our MEd in Curriculum and Instructionprogram. This capstone course gives students the opportunity to apply what they have learned throughout the program to an authentic problem of practice in their school or classroom. Students identify an important educational challenge explore relevant research develop a focused research question and use evidence and data to better understand the issue and inform practical recommendations for improving educational practice. As an Associate Faculty member you will guide students through this applied research process helping them connect their professional experience with scholarly research and evidence. You will support students as they refine their problems of practice develop appropriate research questions and methodologies synthesize existing research interpret data and translate their findings into meaningful recommendations for their educational settings. Salary Information: Associate Faculty compensation ranges from $500 to $4600 per course assigned. Compensation varies based on factors including course level (undergraduate or graduate) number of course credits and enrollment.
