What Youll Do
As an Associate Director youll become an integral member of an investment sales team by supporting live transactions while developing your own business development skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities including financial statements rent rolls operating performance and valuation.
- Prepare underwriting offering memorandums broker opinions of value and client presentations.
- Research market fundamentals comparable transactions demographic trends and capital markets activity.
- Assist in preparing property marketing campaigns and investor outreach strategies.
- Participate in property tours client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners investors and industry professionals.
- Prospect for new business through research networking and targeted outreach.
- Maintain accurate market intelligence ownership databases and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Banking professionals to deliver integrated capital markets solutions.
- Support transaction execution from initial engagement through closing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics Business Accounting or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate investment banking finance brokerage underwriting or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Financial modeling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
- Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
