What Youll Do

As an Associate Director youll become an integral member of an investment sales team by supporting live transactions while developing your own business development skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities including financial statements rent rolls operating performance and valuation.
• Prepare underwriting offering memorandums broker opinions of value and client presentations.
• Research market fundamentals comparable transactions demographic trends and capital markets activity.
• Assist in preparing property marketing campaigns and investor outreach strategies.
• Participate in property tours client meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners investors and industry professionals.
• Prospect for new business through research networking and targeted outreach.
• Maintain accurate market intelligence ownership databases and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Banking professionals to deliver integrated capital markets solutions.
• Support transaction execution from initial engagement through closing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics Business Accounting or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate investment banking finance brokerage underwriting or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Financial modeling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
• Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
