As an Associate Client Director in Account Developmentyoullserve as a trusted growth partner to aportfolio of clientswithin the U.S. Home Baby and Personal Care vertical. You will be thecentral pointof contactfor your clients and theconnector across NIQs full portfolioStrategic Analytics & InsightsPaneleCommerce Retail Collaboration TechnologyService Linesand more. Through collaboration and leadershipyoullensure that your crossfunctional support team consistently delivers proactive highvalue service. 

Responsibilities

  • Grow and deepen client relationshipswith key decision makers elevating NIQs presence and expanding solution adoption. 

  • Drive revenue growththrough consultative selling strategic account planning and opportunity identification. 

  • Partner across NIQ teamsPOS Panel BASES/Innovation Analytics Technology Consumer Insights and othersto deliver cohesive compelling solutions. 

  • Guide NIQ specialty sales partnersand service teamsto ensureproposals andinsights lead to client action and measurable value. 

  • Manage your sales pipelinewith disciplinemaintainingaccuratetracking in Microsoft Dynamics. 

  • Lead efforts tocontinually increase client satisfactionand strengthen NIQs reputation as a trusted innovative partner. 

  • Contribute to ongoingsalesprocessimprovementsandcommunicationswithin thegreaterHFB Verticalteam. 


Qualifications :

  • 58 years ofrelevant experience inCPG salesaccount management category management or market research/analytics. 

  • Familiarity withdatasuch asPOSConsumer PanelAnalyticsor related technologies. 

  • Passionate about the CPGindustry hungry to learn more and self-motivated. 

  • Comfortablewithmanaging sales targetsandbuildingandmaintaininga pipelineof salesopportunities 

  • Experience managingboth shortcycle and longcycle selling motions. 

  • Proven ability todevelop strategic account plansandengage& present tostakeholdersat all levels including the Csuite. 

  • Exceptional presentation proposal development and communication skills. 

  • CPG experienceis strongly preferred. 

  • Bachelors degreerequired;Mastersdegree is a plus. 

Required Competencies 

  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills. 

  • A teamoriented detailfocused mindset paired with strong project management capabilities. 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and lead within a matrixed organization. 

  • Experience using SalesLoft or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful. 

  • A selfmotivated growthoriented mindsetyou bring the hunger to win andyoullbe supported with expert leadership and coaching.

Additional Information :

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $98000 - $115000.00.  Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus. Other benefits include flexible working environment comprehensive health insurance industry-leading parental leave life insurance education support and more.
