We are seeking anexperienced Full-Time General Dentistto join our established practice inFalcon Colorado a rapidly growing community just east of Colorado Springs.

This opportunity is open because our current dentist is relocating outside of Colorado creating an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants tostep into a clinical leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care.

Our practice is established busy and supported by a strong PPO and FFS patient base. We are adentist-led culturewhere clinical quality patient experience and employee engagement are at the center of how we operate.

• 6 fully equipped operatories

You will have theclinical autonomy to diagnose treatment plan and provide comprehensive carewhile working alongside an experienced and supportive dental team.

As the lead clinician you will:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Lead the clinical direction of the practice
• Mentor and collaborate with the clinical team
• Build strong trusting relationships with patients
• Maintain high clinical standards and a commitment to continuing education
• Perform a broad range of procedures within a family dentistry setting

Our ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently and enjoys the variety that comes with being thesolo provider in a busy established practice.

We are looking for a dentist who is comfortable providing a broad scope of general dentistry including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Anterior and premolar endodontics
• Implant restorations
• Invisalign
• Crowns and bridges
• Treatment planning and comprehensive case acceptance
• Other common general dentistry procedures

• 3 years of clinical experience
• ActiveColorado dental license
• Invisalign certified
• Comfortable practicing as a solo provider
• Confident with a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Patient-focused and committed to quality clinical outcomes
• Natural clinical leader who enjoys supporting and engaging a dental team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced established practice

Full-Time 4 Days Per Week

Our schedule alternates weekly:

• MondayThursday
• TuesdayFriday

This provides a consistent four-day clinical schedule while maintaining coverage across the practices MondayFriday operating week.
