We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist primarily based in Marion Indiana with occasional support at our Fort Wayne and Portland locations.

Choose the work schedule that works best for you:

• 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour days)

OR

• Traditional 5-day work week (5 x 8-hour days)

As an Associate Dentist youll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care while developing meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and long-term dental needs.
• Provide preventive restorative and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients on oral health treatment options and preventive care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support whole-person care.
• Manage dental emergencies and urgent patient needs.
• Ensure continuity of care through follow-up visits and patient communication.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and evidence-based practices.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Current Indiana Dental License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and CSR certification

• Experience in community health public health FQHC or rural dentistry settings
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
