We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Engineer to join a dynamic healthcare technology team in Columbia MD. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in provider data management healthcare platforms ETL development and SQL-based data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership business teams and technical stakeholders to improve provider data accuracy support claims-related data processes and develop scalable data integration solutions. Experience with Facets and Salesforce is required. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level healthcare data initiatives while collaborating in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL processes SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Analyze validate and troubleshoot provider and claims-related data.
- Support data warehouse reporting and data integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts BI Developers and Software Engineering teams.
- Create reports dashboards and data solutions for business users and leadership.
- Ensure data quality integrity and reliable data loading processes.
- Assist with data modeling and implementation of data integration frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Strong healthcare industry experience.
