Job Description:

• Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI.
• Review documentation related to policies procedures and standard work.
• Collect and maintain CI records for the work area including recording scores creating action lists participating as necessary and investigating and documenting issues.
• Collect data about current processes flows and improvement opportunities.
• Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.
• Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.
• Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Process Engineering or a related field or have completed their Masters degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in SQL coding Tableau and Lean Six Sigma.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $81500 - $97800.
