As a Associate Compliance Business Partner youll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Support Compliance Business Partners with investigations by gathering reviewing and organizing records including EVV reports clinical notes employee and client records state hotline reports and related correspondence.
  • Ensure investigation documentation is complete accurate confidential and submitted on time.
  • Enter incidents into the tracking system accurately and promptly.
  • Work independently and collaborate with operational leaders and other teams to meet quality and productivity goals.

What is Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree in healthcare administration business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare compliance operations support or a related field.
  • Previous experience in home health hospice or personal care services is highly desirable.
  • TRAVEL: Up to 10% may include driving air travel and overnight stays
  • Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.

You will report to the Director of Service Line Compliance


The base salary for this position is$50000-$60000 and is based on the companys good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education experience skills and internal equity.
