Job Description

What you will be doing:

Engage in civil construction defect and business litigation.
Utilize excellent writing and research skills.
Work with clients throughout California Nevada Arizona Washington Colorado and Texas.
Assist clients in navigating all phases of the risk management process.
Contribute to the successful resolution of disputes.

Experience you will need:

5-10 years of experience in civil litigation and business/transactional law.
Experience in construction defect and business litigation.
Possession of excellent writing and research skills.
Active bar license in Arizona.
