Associate Attorney – Litigation

Location: Denver Colorado (On-Site)
Salary: $130000 $185000

A reputable litigation firm in Denver is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience with exposure to commercial construction or insurance-related matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
• Handle litigation matters involving personal injury construction defects premises liability coverage disputes and bad faith claims
• Draft motions pleadings legal correspondence and case-related documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare written legal analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings in state and federal courts
• Provide pre-litigation evaluations and strategic recommendations to clients
• Manage multiple litigation files while meeting deadlines

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Colorado Bar license required
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience in commercial construction or insurance-related litigation preferred
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
• Proficient with legal technology and case management systems
